Mary’s superpower is synthesizing what’s being said into a team’s thinking. Teams coached by her get to the real issues rather than experiencing the frustration of surface discussions.
Mary and her team of professional coaches massively support the readiness of a company to design pathways to its future. They provide the thinking space for leaders who need to step back from the day-to-day firefighting. They develop leadership and planning skills in those holding the needs of stakeholders in their hands.
